3D Labs Authorization, Liability & Data Retention Contract
This legal agreement is entered into by 3D Labs ("Operator") and [Full Name] ("Signatory").
Article 1: Scope & Institutional Designation
The Signatory, acting in their capacity as a [Role] within the department of [Department], authorizes 3D Labs to perform credential duplication.
Article 2: Representation of Ownership
The Signatory warrants that they are the legal owner or authorized holder of the access credential provided.
Article 3: Sole Legal & Financial Liability
CRITICAL LIABILITY WARNING: If the credential does not belong to [Full Name], the Signatory assumes 100% sole civil, criminal, and financial liability for any resulting consequences under local law.
Article 4: Governing Law & Data Retention
Executed under the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Laws No. 602-IIQ & No. 998-IIIQ). Extracted data and imagery will be permanently destroyed within 3 to 5 calendar days.
